Making Old Things New Again

This is a perfect example of making old things new again. :D Almost everything in this photo was free (somewhat). This is what I wore on my first trip to the thrift store down the street....

Earrings-I think they're from Forever 21....$4-5

Shirt-Free (courtesy of the hubs)

Belt- Bijoux Terner, one of my fave stores-$10

Jean Shorts-Christina, These were some jeans I cut in the 6th grade. My mother bought them so I don't know how much they cost, but it's safe to say she's got her money's worth! I've had them ever since...so I guess that means I've gained no weight since I was 11 years old? : \

I wish I could say that I haven't lost weight since 6th grade...heck since last year!

I am a big fan of thrifting and I too never thought I had it in me.

Now I'm slightly addicted to it! And by the way, wearing my man's shirt with a belt is one of my favorite weekend outfits!

Welcome to blogworld!

lol, yes I never knew how addicting thrifting was! Still don't know how to feel about the fact that I can still fit clothes from the 6th grade...oh well.
